Return & Exchange Policy

​Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on change of mind or any crystal characteristics. 

Crystals are natural minerals and each piece has it's own unique characteristic and patterns. No two Crystals will ever be the same. Please be aware, as natural objects their appearance can vary slightly from the images taken and placed on the website and they may contain tiny fissures and pits. This is normal for each and every crustal so please be expected to find markings on or within each crystal. Each unique imprint inside each crystal is a spiritual value and attribute to the energy it presents.  Each crystal on this site is made to show the beauty of each crystalline structure rather than looking like a man made piece. Each of my pieces are either hand cut or hand polished, best crafted to represent the authentic and unique piece has to offer. 

All items purchased from Leilana Heavenly Child is picked & packed carefully with loving care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent so you know what you are buying from our website arrives exactly as you saw it. We use eco-friendly peanuts and recycled bubble wrap where we can to ensure your crystals arrive safe & sound. 

For any exchange requests or damaged items, please email info@leilana.com.au with your order number, a clear photo of where you think the damage is along with your query. This information must be presented within 3vdays of you receiving your parcel. The item/s must also be returned to the warehouse.

Please Note that all refunds and store credits will be issued at the complete discretion of Leilana. All refunds are made through the type of payment method in which you made the original purchase. Once we receive the item and approve the damage we will begin to process the refund within 7-10 business days and we will notify you once the refund has been processed from our end.

Please note, Leilana may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges (this is determined on a case by case basis). Leilana takes no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we recommend using registered mail to return an item. If you are sending back an item not damaged or broken, Leilana will hold no responsibility for that item which is sent back and arrives broken or damaged and we may will not process the refund/exchange if it is broken or damaged. We take no responsibility if your order is deemed undeliverable by the postal service and returned to us. Full shipping costs will apply to have your order re-delivered.
