Drawing from ancient wisdom as well as modern neuro-linguistic approaches, sessions foster awareness, transformation, and the reprogramming of both body and mind toward healthier and more effective responses.
Sessions may incorporate a range of modalities, including nervous system stress release, meridian and energy work, regression, hypnotherapy, acupressure, bodywork, visualisation, and various energetic therapies designed to support deep healing and inner harmony.
